I'm Ed Crespo, a dedicated fitness transformation coach with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. An experienced and qualified personal trainer who has guided countless clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Before becoming an online coach, I had a very busy lifestyle, managing my day job, juggling family responsibilities, and trying to maintain a social life. Each day felt like a marathon and weekends were no different, often filled with errands and social commitments. Therefore, I know first-hand how difficult it can be to fit exercise, a healthy diet and other beneficial lifestyle choices in to a busy schedule.
My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical transformation but also mental and emotional well-being. I believe in personalised training programs tailored to each client's unique needs and aspirations.
